Janice Gay-Maker returns to Blackwater for her third painting workshop! This is an oil painting session for novices and intermediate painters. Janice will be stressing color and freedom of movement in her teaching. Students will work with brush and palette knife, learning to preserve the clarity of color in their landscape work - and to "find their own place" with use of color, composition, drawing and texture. This is a 2-day, plein air workshop, weather permitting.  However, if MotherNature decides to "dampen things" . . . we will move indoors to the studio and work from students' photo references.

Workshop Fee is $200
